3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each of these services may have access to certain information as described below:
Weichert, Realtors® - SoCal Living (Real Estate Brokerage)
Jonathan Melicharek (California DRE #02254441) provides real estate services through Weichert, Realtors® - SoCal Living (Vinson Homes, Inc., California DRE #02234911). Your real estate inquiry and related records may be shared with the brokerage for supervision and recordkeeping that real estate law requires. SoCal Media LLC is a separate company and does not provide real estate services.
Upstash (Data Storage)
Inquiries and related records are stored in a database hosted by Upstash.
Stripe (Payment Processing)
We use Stripe to process all payments and manage subscriptions. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification in the payment card industry. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Resend (Email Communications)
We use Resend to send transactional and service-related emails. When we send you an email, your email address and name are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering that communication. Resend's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Upstash Redis (Data Storage)
We use Upstash Redis to temporarily store lead information, quiz responses, and related data necessary for our service delivery and follow-up communications. Data stored in Upstash is encrypted and subject to their Privacy Policy.
Vercel (Website Hosting)
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may automatically collect standard server log data (such as IP addresses and access times) as part of hosting operations. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service that records anonymous, aggregated page-view data — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no personal identifiers. Vercel's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts (Typography)
Our website uses Google Fonts to display custom typography. When you visit our site, your browser may make requests to Google's servers to load font files.
